How to Become a Volunteer

1. You may request the application forms from Christian Record by . . .
   • Downloading it from our website (click here).
     (You will need Acrobat Reader to open it.)
   • Emailing us at PersonalMinistries@christianrecord.org
   • Calling the Personal Ministries office at (402) 488-0981, ext 246
2. You must fill out the application form and return it to Christian Record.
3. After you have been approved as a volunteer, we will assign you a blind person(s) to visit along with guidelines for visitation.
4. We will call you and welcome you to our volunteer team.
